Att packet loss. Thank you all for the posts. I have the exact same issue. 3-5 seconds of packet loss/interruption every 15 minutes (00,15,30,45). Like clockwork. This started prior to a storm that caused an outage (on July 26), but it wasn't so frequent that I could identify it. Now, I can't stay in multiplayer lobbies. I time out most of the time.
