Day and night furnace

I have a day/night furnace that dates back to '92. Ran a system check and all worked fine (fans, igniter, etc.). Only problem is that the gas won't turn on. I replaced the gas valve today with a new one but still have the problem. Pretty sure I got the wires correct. During the start up and test process everything works as it is suppose to but ...
