I would go with a full synthetic as it holds up and lasts longer. AMSOIL Severe Gear 75W-90 is one of the best. You will need almost 2 qts for the front and just over 3 for the rear unless you have aftermarket diff cover. We always recommend 6 qts to our customers and you will you have a little extra.

Front differential: Oil was kinda milky, obviously some water had gotten in some time. Refilled with Mobil 1 75W-90. Rear differential: Oil was brown-grayish. Replaced that bolt in there (old one wasn't too bad) and refilled with Mobil 1 75W-90. Transmission: Oil looked fine, but probably old.
