That's the same problem the exotic glaives have now too. The Hunter glaive also has a faster rate of fire than the others which can catch people by surprise sometimes. The Hunter one is actually really fun with Arc 3.0. They can drop from Wellspring on any character, the drop chance of the pattern is NOT tied to class.

The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well.
