Changing G-SYNC to "fullscreen only" in NVCP (NVCP -> Display -> Set up G-SYNC -> Enable for fullscreen mode ) Getting the multiplane overlay override from this Nvidia post. I'd get constant flickering when alt-tabbed from a fullscreen game, but this fixed it all. Must be a weird combo of G-SYNC and the multiplane update from 461.09.
