As Amended and Effective September 1, 2012. Since 1974, the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) has provided for the arbitration of fee disputes between clients and attorneys through the Legal Fee Arbitration Board (Board), a public service program of the MBA. The Board is a standing committee of the MBA of not less than twelve members.
