Verizon wifi box

Called Verizon and a level 2 tech couldn't get it to work. Referred me to Arris who told me this box was discontinued in 2019 so there is no support. So avoid this old discontinued box which doesn't operate the way the operating manual says, with no support. Unfortunately we now need to try to get our money back from Verizon, which should be fun.
